Lets see if anyone knows thier stuff...
I have a 98 2WD that is currently LOWERED with 2" drop arms. Now, I dont have the stock Lower Control arms anymore and I'd like to LIFT the truck, (lowered ones suck as i've found out).
My Question: Does anyone know if I can use the 2" Lowering control arms in conjunction with the Fabtech 3" lift (which should be here next week) IF i use a 2" coil spacer to make up for the 2" drop? I know this sounds really goofy, but I REALLY want to find a way around having to buy new lower control arms!!!
Has anyone ever had to do this or has anyone EVER done this at all???
Your thoughts and comments are welcomed.

No, I lowered it with 2" drop arms (bottom control arms) and kept the stock uppers. I'm wondering if i can use the lowering arms in conjunction with the fabtech upper control (lifting) arms and use taller springs are a 2" spacer to make up the difference? comprende~? i just dont want to have to buy new lower (stock) control arms.

I don't think you could do that . The spring will bring you to stock and if you put a spacer on top of that it will ride like a tank .....

Look man. Bad idea.
Put your stock lower arms back on, then install the 2in spacer or coil or whatever. And the other lifts you want and go from there. Plus you could sell the drop parts for $ to get the lifts. Good Luck.
