Just finished Performance Accessories 3" body lift w/ 33x12.50x16 Super Swamper TRXUS STS's on my 2004 Quad Cab. I also installed Manik's nerf bars (black) moving them up to the lifted body. Entire process was fairly easy including moving the nerfs up.
Tires don't rub atleast on the street. (No torsion crank either.) Which is most of my driving. I'd like to post pics but I don't know how. I don't have my own web site.
Thanks for all the info you guys post here. I'm a transplant from Toyota world and I love the new 4.7 V8.
It's a 4x4 of course (Black w/ silver) w/ All Wheel drive/4 wheel drive. Fully loaded. Came w/ 265/75R16's (Which I'm going to sell)
I've added a trailer hitch w/ wiring, spray in bed liner, GTS headlight and taillight dark tinted covers. Airaid intake. Extang soft tonnue.
New exhaust to come, once I figure out what I want.
Thanks again for all the info so far.

Forgot to mention...the dealer reset the pinion factor to adjust for the bigger tires. They just needed the rotations per mile for the tire which I got from Interco (tire manufacturer)

Did you have any problems using the 02 bodylift? I asked a local shop if I could do that and they said that there was a problem with the air bag sensor. Did you notice any problems with yours?
Thanks

The kit does nothing to move or even touch any airbag sensors. If I affected any sensors I'm not aware of it. If they could provide any further info in this I would appreciate it. I really can't believe the sensor position would be changed from 2002 to 2004.But I suppose it could.
As far as the Kit...
The only diff. I found was that the clutch fan can be loosened but not removed w/o removing the entire clutch. But you can work around this by removing the electric fan. Also the front bumper only has inner brackets. No outter brackets to add or extend.

I found an old post on the topic. It stated that the sensors for the air bags are not in the bumpers. They are more of an inertia sensor and therefore you simply remove the air bags fuses during installation to keep them from going off. Then replace them when finished.
