What is the biggest tire I can run on stock 16 X 8 rims with 3" body lift? Also, will the PA 3" body lift work on '04 Quad Cab?

The pa kit worked fine on my rc and im running 305/70/16 tires. They rubbed a little when i cut the wheel all the way but some minor triming fixed that
