i am 17 and my 94 2wd long bed was free. i hate driving a low truck and my friends all ride in the sky. my local dealer offered me a 3inch susp. for $425.00 and a 3inch body for $300.00. he also told me that i would be able to be put 33's under. that seems like a great deal but for me at min. wage will take a while. i want to know will it be worth it for me to buy the stuff for the lift and the non-existant gas mileage.
just want to fit in, ya know?

i kinda got the same problem but who was the dealer that offered the 3inch susp for $450? who makes the kit? does it increase front wheel travel? oh i got a 87 2wd so dont feel bad the only things ive done to mine is unbolted the exhuast so all i got is the exhaust manifolds, 30x11.5r15 swamper TSL/SXs all the way around, and a K&N filter but its still slow and low

Only suspension lift I have seen for GEN II are Rough Countrys 2" at JCWHITNEY.COM. I planning getting that and already have a 3" body. Then fitting 31/10.5/15 tires. Don't want to rub on or offroad.
Just a 3" BL got my '93 4x2 as high as full size trucks.

I also have a 93 4x2, that sits way too low...I want to lift it, and I had planned on doing the same as you have...could you send me pics of it??? It would be very nice if you could, my truck is almost back on the road, and I am gonna need new rubber soon. (I don't wanna have to buy new tires twice...)
