Normally it is covered under the 3/36, it depends on the service writer and dealership, i would talk to your salesman. He should know one of the guys out there that will cover it.

BJ, what warranty? I am very satisfied with how my dealership has treated me, even with a Dakota running 35" tires prior to the warranty running out, but DC has issues that they keep avoiding and if you do not have a stock Dakota, the chances of you getting BJ satisfaction using DC parts is nill anyway. Buy some Moogs or even AC Delco BJ's and be done with DC's poorly made parts.

Flowmaster cat back, Volant Intake, Poweraid TB Spacer, Splitfire Plugs, full synthetic fluids
4 inch Rancho/3 inch body Lift, 315 70-17 on AE 219's, Rancho 9000x's

I have a 2002 QC, that until this past saturday had 2" daystar spacers. At my last service the dealer said my upper balljoints were going. This was at 46K miles. My service adviser 'hinted' I might want to call DC. I did and they spoke to the service dept and made the replacement under warranty. I give very high marks to my service dept. Although the new balljoints still do not have grease fittings. In a side note, this past saturday I changed my 2" spacers to 1.5" spacers. I prefer a little softer ride. If anyone is interested in a stiff front suspension, I'm looking for $40 bucks for the 2" spacers.

I would think that as long as you dont have huge tires, it would be no problem. I just had mine done on my 02 at 31K. i was hoping they would go before the 36K ran out. i wasnt looking forward to knocking out those rivets, now when i have to replace them I just have to unbolt them.
