 Subject: installing 2" shackles

I want to install 2" lift shackles to level up my truck after having the 3" fabtech put on my 2wd dakota. What is the easiest way using a couple of jacks and jack stands. My leafs are under the axle which makes me wonder how to go about it. Thanks for any info....
