with a v8 you would be ok, but the v6 and 3.55's is kinda bad. It will work ok, just dont race anyone. I suggest 3.92's, or just stick with 31 inches of rubber. just a suggestion. Are your stock tires 31's, or 215/75/15, or something different that those? If you have a manual tranny you will be doing better, but will use the clutch more to get her moving. It'll be slow, but if you dont care, stay with 3.55's and spend the cash on air intake and roller rockers to boost you back up. It'll be cheaper than a gear swap on both axles.
