i just put on a pa 3inch body lift 0n my 2001QC and it looks great. you should have seen the look on the guys at work when i pulled up next to there stock daks. But i have a small problem with my tires rubbing when i turn! they only rub agaist the frame so i was wandering if they sell some type of back spaceing i could add to my rims or do i have to buy differnt rims i running 305 procomps mud terrans on my stock rims. or can i add billet adapters i seen for sell in trucking mag

You can get spacers made 1/4 to 3/8 ". I would not go more than that. I got mine from a performance store but also got ride of them. Frame rub has always been an issue for our trucks. If you change Backspacing from 5.5" stock to maybe 4.5" - 4" you may solve the problem on the frame but create another on the outer wheel well. It is kind of give and take deal with one or the other situation.

Remeber that if you lessen the backspacing more stress can be created on your front suspension parts with that large of a tire, even a 33x10.5 will add that extra stress. Just things to think about, future maintenance bills.

We all do one or the other to make it work just know the pros and cons.

Rack and pinion, steering joints, ball joints, CV's, Torsion bars, brakes. Pretty much the same as if you did not have larger tires but things wear faster.
