 Subject: 33 inch Swamper Tsl's

I have an 02 4x4 with a body lift and 33 inch TSL's. I get excessive road noise at about 30 mph. I've tried filling the tires to a higher pressure and ive had it aligned. Any help on quieting it down would be great.

Ha! TSL's and road noise..let me think...hmm.....Seriously,have you run your hand across the tread and noticed any feathering or cupping of the tire? How many miles on them and what TSL are they?

Haha. I knew they would be loud but at 30 mph the whole cab rattles. They are about 3 weeks old and they are radials. (33x12.50)

Ok, this is how you stop the road noise on swampers:
1. Remove tire and wheel from vehicle
2. Remove tire from wheel
3. Replace swamper with different brand tire
4. Install new tire and wheel on vehicle

Have you tried lowering air pressure to around 28 PSI?
