to those who have done it..
if i were to straight axle swap my truck (97' 5.2 4x4 cc) what axle should i use in the front and what axle should i use in the back?
keep it simple i want no arguing please =-)

I'll jsut answer this one quick...
Dana 44 out of late 80s early 90s Bronco, they have the same width as our axles and they have the pumkin on the right side too.
Keep the rear 8.25, it's a good axle, if you must have bigger, first check to see if you got the 9.25 rear option, if not, that's your next best bet cause you can get them out of a dakota.

go with the ford 9inch rear and dana 44 out of a 78-79 ford f150 or bronco. That is what I did same size but with king coils.
