 Subject: tire size questions

What would be the recommended tire sizes for the following lift combinations for a 98 ext cab 2x4. I do not want to do any trimming.
1) 3" body lift
2) 2" body lift
3) 2" body lift and 2" spacer lift.
I would really want to have 16x8 wheels with either 245/70r16 or 255/70r16 tires. Also do I have to worry about wheel offset. Current the truck has factory wheels, 15x7 I think and 235/70r15tires. Not looking to do anything crazy, just looking to give the truck an edge.

gonne have to go with the 3" body life anyway because you will scrub on the frame, 33"tires with a 3" lift will scrub, cranking tortion bars will help a little, but the tight turns scrub. \
