What tire do you think would go better with a 3in body on a 2000 4x4?

well geez, why don't you compair the two to a drag slick while you're at it?

those two tires are nothing like each other, one is all terrain and one is more like a mudder(thornbird). i say it's like a mudder because it sucks so bad on the street. but then again, thornbirds suck pretty bad offroad too.

the BFG AT is a great all around tire but if you're looking for a more aggressive tread you should look into some other brands.

they do'nt clean out at all in offroad. and they pack so easily it's like havin racin slicks in the mud. not worth the money, get a mastercraft mt, it's just like a pro comp mt just cheaper. that's the way I went.

why do TB suck?

first why they suck on the street, they have very large tread bocks that are twice as large as almost any other tire. while this may be OK when it's dry out, in the rain they handle simmilar to a racing slick. not to mention they are loud, wear like crap, and are overly expensive.

offroad, they suck for the same reason. those large tread blocks don't get much grip on rocks and are so close together thay don't allow mud to escape. turning them further into slicks. i suppose if you have a tire tread cutter you could sipe them yourself but why on earth would you want to pay all that money just to invest a ton of time trying to make work?

and to top it all off, they are bias ply. on cold mornings they'll have a flat spot and be loud as hell(and wear all phucked up).
