 Subject: Installin body lift

Im picking up my 3" body lift from 4wheelparts. It cost me $175 but to have them install it, its an additional $375. Is it hard 2 install it yourself?? I am able to get two jacks, could i do it with that?? What are the steps to doing it??

its easy to do yourself........you can do it with those jacks but youll need some other tools as well.......there are too many steps to list but they are easy..its just time consuming

You don't even need the jacks.. I did my body lift with the jack in truck and a cement block.. Just be careful with the fan shroud and the steering extention.. they can be the most painful especially the steering extention. Anyways any question just ask.. I have the full instructions here with me.. Have Fun

Question for the knowledgeable...I already have nerf bars and a Gibson Rear exit dual exhaust on my 98 Dakota 4x4 Club. The way the nerf bars are set up doesn't make it real easy to raise them after th 3inch PA body lift. How's everybody's experience with this. Still look and function good? I am just wondering how the rear exhaust is going to look dropped 3 inches from the rear. Thanks for the help...

in my opinion the exhaust looks fine 3in. lower with the body lift...i have a couple pics if you like to get the main idea of what it would look like.....hope that helps

its a 4x4....and i had somebody do my exhaust....i had some guy in KY do it for dirt cheap
