Yeah there are rednecks everywhere. When I go to michigan for summers, I swear some of them are more redneck than us florida people. I have family members there who are everybit as rednek as anyone here in FLA. Redneck is not a location, its a life style!
Its awsome to know theres someone with a lifted truck in NYC. Ive never seen one there in my visits but but its great to know there is. Are there any 4x4 shops there??? Just curious.
But I have to disagree with you on th yankees.

There aren't too many 4x4 shops in the city, most of
them are in the 'burbs. My friends and I were into
fullsize chevy 4x4s, such as the K5 (when Daks were
still too expensive). I have a buddy who even had a 77
blazer with 40" tires and a corvette engine! We tend to
do the work on our trucks ourselves. Other trucks I've
owned: '80 AMC Eagle 4x4 258ci
'78 Chevy K5 Blazer 4x4 350ci with 31s
'00 Bravada 4.3L
Favorite offroad rig (other than Dak): Suzuki Samurai!
Redneck is a way of life!

Thats cool. My buddy has a samurai on 38s. Its not fast! But it is a bad azz lil mud truck. I was totally shocked what it could handle.
What area you live in? Been to NYC a few times. ust not my cup of tea. My town has about 8K people total. Im just a small town guy and NYC is alittle overwhelming. However it is very fun to visit. I was there in July. Had a blast. Later.

I live in a college town half the time and at my growing up town the other half. Gainesville, college, has over 100K people. So my lil 8K people seems small. Also compared to NYC, OMG, not even imaginable. I remember the forst time I stepped outa Penn station. I know I had a funny look on my face! basically saying oh sh!t...
Been to upstate too. Pretty as hell up there. Thats the only part of NY I could live in. More like home! Minus the cold azz weather! Talk to ya later.

97 slt 4x4, i think the color is called moss green pearl, but i will just say dark green with the silver lower. And yes the town is big on football, TOO big! It gets annoying. I like to see them lose so i can watch all the jackass townfolk cry. They are sucking out this year!!!

Well this is my second Dak., the first being a 91' 3.9 Mag 2x4 auto but now ive got a truly redneck 1988 4x4 standard nicknamed the Blue Bomber. Yeah, our football team just got their asses kicked too and now we can look forward to the alwasy wonderfull winters of upstate NY.

I'M A REDNECK AND YA'LL NEED TO QUIT CRYING EVERYBODY HAS THEIR OWN TASTE.
