Subject: Body Lift?

Message:
Well I plan on getting a body lift and I have read some posts that there is a problem with the shifter. I have a 5 speed and is there any way to fix the problem without heating the shaft and bending it? Is there any kind of extension? I guess if all else fails I could just ask the local offroad shop even though I think they don't really know what they are talking about most of the time.

Do a search of the archives and you'll find what your looking for, but you may not need it. I have a 5 spd and didn't have to do anything to it. Some people had to and some got lucky.
