 Subject: Fabtech 3" susp. lift kit

ANYONE!
who knows something about this particular lift kit? i am getting one but don't know too much about it. i have a 2001 2wd dak quad cab 4.7lt, and want to run 285/75r16 tires on it. i am not sure if these tires will have enough spacing for this kit.

yes I have it !!!!!!!!! It's a good kit , put the truck at a real nice height ........You can't run your stock oem wheels on it and depending on the backspacing will depend on the size of tire you'll be able to run ........... 15x7 will let you run 32's ( 285 ) and 15x8 will let you run 31's ( 265 ) both of these with trimming the valance and inner lower fender well , if done right you can't even tell the trimming ( anyone can do it ) ...........I have some rims for sale also ...................

I have the same kit plus a 3in body,looks good but whats the best way to level the rear out? Add a leafs, shackles or can I use blocks some how. I know the springs are under the axle which is stupid. thanks for any comments.

add a leaf is the best for us 2 wheelers , and has a good ride after also , the rear will only lift about 1 1/2 " and level the truck out ....
