 Subject: What tire size after pa lift

Hi-ya, what would you guys suggest for tire size after the pa body lift? I have a 2000 quad 4x4 with the 355 gear and the full time 4x4 option. I would like to keep my stock 15x8 wheels. Should I go to a 33 inch tire or would that hurt my gas mileage to much. Maybe a 32 ????? Thanks in advance for any suggestions......

You should be able to go with a 33s with some minor trimming.
Mines a 2WD and I went from about a 28" diameter 255/65R15 to 31" diameter 31x10.5 no problem so you should have no problems since you are about 3" taller than mine. And my gas mileage hasn't really changed much.

You should probably be able to run the 33's without much problem. The gas mileage doesn't really change that much. The reason is that your RPMs are lower when going the same speed as before. I'm actually getting a little better gas mileage when on the highway. It is a little worse if you're doing mostly in-town stop and go driving.

Thanks. I'm running 33x12.50 BFG ATs. The safari bar is made by Westin. They cost around $125.
