Yes you can, and all you need to know is how to pick up the yellow pages and find a 4x4 shop w/ a mechanic w/ about 20 years experience doing axle swaps. Sorry, this is not a DIY deal you want to attempt on your own. That and about $7-10K should get it done for you.
I thought there was a 4" IFS lift for your year Dakota? Trailmaster, I think.
