I have a 92 4x4 CC 318 dak. And my question is with a 3" body lift can you fit 33X10.50's under it? Or what is the biggest tire size you can put under it with the body lift? I understand that you would more than likely have to crank up the torsion bars.

I have a 92 4x4 v8-you can only put a max 2 inch

body lift due to the radiator fan and lower hose clearance.I run32x11.50x15 on american racing 15x8's with minor rubbing on a sharp turn off road.

I have read in forms that people have put a 3" in with a v8? So how did they get around this problem?

Thanx

Well, you can probably get around it by replacing the stock fan with a smaller diameter one,but i live
in Florida and it gets too hot here, because you
will lose some cooling capacity.I honestly dont think you're gonna get 33"s on with a 3" as
opposed to a 2" lift. The problem areas are the rear lower corner of the front wheelwells.Mine are
trimmed and still occasionally touch. Also, the 33's are gonna really bog down the 318 unless you plan a gear ratio swap ($$$). I may be able to email you some photos of mine w/the 32's...
