 Subject: 2WD and 4WD body lift?

Hey. For everyone who has a gen 1 or 2 dakota, 2 WD, and is looking for a lift. I have looked all over fopr any lift and mostly everywhere i go i see a body lift but it says 4WD only.
well i was reading a thread and someone said that you could put a 4WD body lift on a 2WD. All you had to do was extend the steering bar io think. is this true? Thanks!

check summitracing.com They give you all the possible applications for the lift. If it says 4wd, but will work on a 2wd they will tell you so. If you can't figure out the web site (it's not the best) you can call them... they have very knowledgeable sales reps.
