If i was going to re-gear from 3.55 to 4.10 would it be better to go with Randy's Ring and Pinion or buy them from the shop itself? If I would get it from the shop what brands should I avoid?

I'd lean towards the shop. Most shops won't warranty gears unless they provide them. You may save a couple bucks by buying them online but if you have problems it will cost you a lot more.
