I have a 99' dakota with the 318.Can i put in a 360 crate motor from summit auto racing in my truck, with my original fuel injection and auto transmission?

You'll need a new (front) damper, a different flex plate (the 5.9/360 is externally balanced, as opposed to the 5.2/318), and a PCM for a '99 5.9.
You can get quite a bit of power out of your 318, BTW.
