 Subject: K&N or Green and muffler question

Hello
I recently bought a 2002 4x4 club cab 3.9 and would like too go too a different air filter and have two options. The green filter or K&N, is there any advantage of using either brand or are they both pretty much the same?
I also would like too swap out the factory muffler with something more flow worthy. Do you think the flowmaster would be a good choice there? Thats the one I'm edging towards anyway.

Okay I did some more reasearch and decided too go with the Amsoil filter instead. And will be going with Flowmaster as well.
