I have had to deal with Marty at KRC, and it as not been fun. I have done everything I could to my 3.9l you could imagine, except for stoking it. After some real bad deals with him, I had to have my pcm flashed for my 218/224 cam, that I didn't order, to begin with. I went to his shop, and now I know why KRC operates the way it does. If you want to know the rest of the story, let me hear some of the stories of how you guys dealt with him, and how you got him to do anything for you.

Look I order a v6 cam from him on 11/24, he did not deliver it till 1/10. He told me that the first cam he order for me got lost, and he is doing a good jod, making it up to me. I just know for fact he is short hand for all the orders he must get. From what I saw when I went to his shop was that there were only 3 guys working there. I'm not saying that he doesn't have more people working for him, just that he needs more help, to keep track of everything. I would say that he has a small shop, and he could use a bigger shop, he could also use more help to run the shop, now maybe he happy with the way he runs his shop, I don't know I just know that he seemed short handed, and that maybe why he has problems delivering his orders on time.

Simple, my vendors don't supply on time Troy, take your anger out with Chris Mays of Comp cams. By the way your custom PCM is already back, way ahead of schedule. Plus you showed up during the nightmare trucks 50 hour troubleshooting spree. I won't argue, it's the busiest job on the planet.

Listen I have seen all the bad post on this website, about your shop and yes I'm a little mad, but I also said that you are doing a good job and trying to make it up to me. I'm sorry if you are taking this the wrong way I'm not bashing your shop, you have gone out of your way to make things right.
From the look of your website and the traffic across it, and orders you must get I thought that you must have had 10 to 15 people working for you, and a shop the size of coddington's.
All I was trying to see is if you treated other peole the same way you have treated me when thing go wrong.

Let me get something straight for everyone, I would deal with KRC again. Marty is a stand up guy. I had no intention of putting KRC down, I just wanted to hear others stories of how Marty dealt with other's problems. Marty is a icon in his own mopar world.

I'm still waiting for my HO cams I ordered almost 2 weeks ago.
It has not been longer than he said it would be, I'm just getting ANTSY! :-P
I WOULD like to have them by this weekend tho, so I can have them in before my next trip to the dunes on March 5th.
Then I can come back here and hopefully brag about how much better the thing towed. Not that it doesn't already tow great for a little 287 ci V8, kicking the crap out of Chevy while it's at it.

Marty, if you see this, please respond. I have a 98 with 5.2 and 5 speed. Mopar does not make a pcm for it, so finding someone to flash it is a bitch. Can you flash it, and how much would it cost? Thanks.

I am not mad Troy, just explaining myself. I used to run the same shop for the last 2 years by myself alone, this 3 last third year was my first year with employees. And we are still backed up.
I did have a problem with the cams, they are shipping us the incorrect parts, and they are scrambling to get me the correct parts. 2 sets came in yesterday and 4 more today.
And yes, we can help you out with the PCM for the 5 speed. Call the shop and I can help. Later!

Though I haven't bought from them yet - looking at 206's for my 4.7 - I've called there before and got answers to questions over the phone. That's awesome, and have heard nothing but good things about them.

Guys, just like Marty just stated with the volume of business he gets he is extremely backed up right now. Between getting trucks running, building motors and shipping parts he is not going to have the time to constently respond to questions on internet forums. If someone questions his or his businesses integrity, of course he is going to defend himself but otherwise for prompt responces to questions or orders just call or email the shop.

As for flashes, BG does do some of our programming but to our own custom parameters.
