What are the ups and downs and which one would you prefer, the Jet ModuleII or the ASE chip. Im looking for overall performance.

None has dynoed gains from either of these chips. Look into the optimizer II from kennebell.net. It's good for about 10+ hp and costs around $349. It's all us 4.7L guys have right now.

The Jet chip makes a great paper weight. But that's about it.
