This is not my auction, but I was considering bidding on it. Maybe it's not a great idea to post it here since I'll be creating competition for myself. ;0 I just wanted to make sure it would fit on my '97 5.2L before bidding. The guy listed it as having been on his '98 5.2L Durango. Were there any changes made that would affect the fit?

I WOULD PASS ON IT, HE SAYS IT ALREADY HAS CRACKS IN IT, THOSE WON'T GET ANY BETTER
K&N HAD PROBLEMS WITH THEIR EARLIER FIPK TUBE DOING THAT, THEY SOLVED THAT PROBLEM AROUND THE 2001 MODEL YEAR KITS

I have a brand new airtube w/ new style bracket, and a new unopened filter for $150 shipped (no heat shield, I removed it and lost it, got a replacement tube filter, and never used the tube, filter or bracket.
It's going on ebay tomorrow unless I sell it.
