I hope some one can answer my questions about the Hurst kit ( #391 0155 ) for the NV3500 tranny. People have said before that it won't work with the 01+ Dakotas because it will hit the dash. It look like, from the detail of it that can be found at the Hurst homepage under online catalogs>hurst replacement parts and service that it may work. It looks like it's a steap enough angle to avoid the dash. Has anyone put it on 01+ and how much did you have to bend it and at what angle ? Thanks.
