Hi folks~
I finally bought yellow RC 99 3.9 with 115600 miles.
Oh my god this truck feels like flying, even if I'm going 80mph, this car handles like my boat ^^
Its totally different experience from Nissan 300zx oh man I loved this truck!
I like to do 120000 miles scheduled check up soon,
any recommendations?
Is there any upgrade that I can do while doing 120k check up?
Where is the best place to buy performance parts?

I wouldn't try to install any extensive modifications on a 120K mile truck. No way to tell how it was run with the previous owner.
However, a modified throttle body, headers, cold air kit, 180 degree T'Stat, and a few "tweaks" will help it out in the performance department.
