Truck stalls/jerks within first 5 minutes of starting, often for an extended period (2 minutes). When driving if you give gas and clutch it helps a little but you really have to rev it. I have replaced plugs, plug cords, belts. What about fuel filter? Clutch hydrolics have been checked, gas replaced, ccoolant checked, battery good.
