Sorry about that, I got confused on what you were saying. The optimizer would no longer be needed if you have the SMT-6. It will control everything that the optimizer did plus more. I am trying to find the post that a guy did on jeepsunlimited.com. He has the SMT-6 with the KB on a 4.7 and controls pretty much everything with it, including the two extra injectors. The main thing with that is it will take many hours of dyno tuning to get it dialed in.

I agree, remove the Optimizer. But what do you do with the connector that's plugged into it? Maybe the optimizer could just be piggy backed.

2000 4.7 CC auto, clear corners, Spintech true duals, Kenne Bell s/c, Aquamist water injection.

I think you take the connector out also and the smt wires into the pcm and all the other connections that go to the SC.

adam.........read this sting from page one. It will
get you up to speed. The SMT-6 will work great
with a KB s/c. It will control the fuel map, but is
unable to control timing advance on the 4.7L,
cause of the timing signal. But you don't need
advance with a s/c.
