Does anyone know how to get in touch with them? I ordered a 70mm F&B TB from them on August 15th. I have repeatedly called but know one answers the phone. Messages and emails are also unreturned. I have heard so many good things about them from this board, but this is ridiculus.

I bought an MTX Thunderform from him 5 weeks ago and I got no response until a week ago. He told me that it shipped out and I was sent a tracking # but I haven't received a tracking # yet. Jonas, when you finally see this message, PLEASE SEND ME MY DAMN SPEAKER BOX if you havent already. If you cannot get this to me soon, I would like a full refund

I did finally get a response last weekend and he said he would let me know something Monday but here it is Thursday and no word. I also talked to them on a phone call about 3 weeks after I orderd. Someone there told me they would talk to F&B and call me right back. I hung around the phone the whole day to get no word.

Jonas has two college degrees and is a
smooth talker. He does not forget anything. He
got on the boards last week and said he
would take care of these oversites. But still no
results for the customers. I hope you guys
paid with credit cards, and I don't mean an
ATM card. If you used a credit card, call them
and get a charge back. If not, your out of luck.

Hey guys,
Ben here (starter of ELITECUSTOMS.COM SUCKS!). I FINALY got my loaded and amped thunderfrom today after 1 whole month of waiting. They sound great and hit HARD ( WHY THE HELL DID NO ONE TELL ME ABOUT THE # 50 TORX?!?!?!?!?!? :P). It took a LOT of calls and e-mails to get a reply. Don't give up!!! I never had to call the BBB but if he continues to not call I defenatly would. some interesting info for you guys.
When I called (for the 64th time) I got a John on the phone. He said jonas had just stepped out, anyway john told me that he had been on a family emergency and had to leave for a few weeks... (he told others that he was on vacation) Once I talked to JOHN he got my order told me when it would go out and PROMPTLY e-mailed me everytime I e-mailed HIM. I got my thunderfrom after 1 week from talking to him (it shipped 1 day after I talked to him)
CASE IN POINT TALK TO JOHN OR GO TO THE BBB. What they are doing is compleatly unprofesional and none of you should stand for it any longer. Leave a MSG on there phone DEMANDING A CALL BACK OR AN E-MAIL and tell them if they do not return the call you will go to the BBB... they will call back (call it a hunch).
Anyway thank guys for all the helpfull info you placed in my thread.

According to their website the company is barely over a year old. The little spiel about service and pride sounds a bit of a joke after hearing what you guys have been through. What are they? A bunch of kids or something?

Vettegc.......Did you pay with a credit card????
If yes call the credit card company and do a
charge back. If you used a ATM card or sent
him a check and you don't live in his state,
then it's hard to take him to small claims court.
I would call Bruce at F/B phone 858 720-9225
and ask him if he shipped Jonas your throttle
body.

dont worry vettegc, I haven't got a response yet either. Jonas himself told me that he emailed me a tracking # and shipped my box out but I never received a tracking # and I still havent received my box (2 weeks later from when he said that). Did Jonas give you an order number after you bought your box?? he never gave me one! i paid through paypal!

If you have paid and you haven't recieved your merchandise in a timely fashion, your money has been stolen. If I were any of you I would leave a final message detailing the legal precedence of the situation and the name of a lawyer he can contact if he wishes to resolve the matter outside of court. From what I've heard Jonas has run into some money problems, but if he is going to ignore his customers and try to fraud people out of their money, then his customers deserve ever penny they can get from him. Jonas you need to treat people right when you do business with them before some nut shows you his version of justice. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!
