Jonas do you think you may ever actually put the flash into a stock PCM and sell it like that so the original PCM can be retained? Kind of like a Mopar performance PCM. Of course it would be custom and cost more but it would keep me from having downtime and would allow me to retain my original PCM programming. I'm not looking for anything wild because I don't have a whole lot of mods.

I should just let this thread die, but sometimes I can't keep my big mouth shut.

Doesn't anyone else find it odd that Jonas will answer pre-sales questions as well as post angry replies on this thread within a few hours, but not return phone calls or emails to customers that are repeatedly trying to contact him about problems with their existing orders?

Jonas, I place orders online and via telephone all the time, and I have never been charged for backorders until they ship. Real-time inventory and whatever else you said you were going to do to the site is fine, but why don't you simply not charge customers until their items ship (like most businesses do)?

Durango, I visit this site just about every day, but I very rarely post. My GSD is fine, but I can no longer let him ride in the back of the truck because a few weeks ago, I guess I wasn't driving fast enough and he decided to jump out and race me home (he won).

Not a Nerd: I contacted the Admin who is a friend of mine and did me a favor by checking them for me. Its not something that he say he will probally do again, but it is a speical favor he did for me.

CThomp: Yes.. We can swap you out PCM's with no downtime. We just need your VIN to flash into it.

CZ: I personally have a very odd scheudle, Im often at shows, meetings, doing product development, testing, etc. I usually always have my computer, but Im not in the office much myself, thus Its kinda hard for me personally to answer calls sometimes. If people call for me personally (which they often do) It sometimes takes me days to get back to them. There isnt much I can do about this.

I dont bill people for backorders, the way it should work is if they go on back order then it just authorizes the card, but if we dont know that its on backorder then it just runs the card. 99% of our products are instock and ship the same day. It just happend that we showed thunderforms instock due to a computer (or human) error. On throttle bodies, and a few other things we place the order the same day it is placed with us. Before we place the order we want to know that thr product is paid for because often (again 99% of the time) the product is shipped the same day.


BTW: Durango ISNT THE ONE WHO ASKED YOU ABOUT YOUR DOG. I did a search on you, and then posted AS IF I WAS DURANGO to show you how easyly this ghost thing can be manulipited and used like someone is doing to me. Although im VERY sorry to hear that your dog jump from the truck and I hope that he is ok.

So jonas how many WEEKS does it take for you to get back to your customers?

You know me. I left 50+ msgs on your phone and 10 e-mails. You said that your servers were getting a over haul and that you could not get any e-mails. Did your phones go down too during that time? John told me I would get a 15$ refund for my thunderforms but I have yet to see a penny of that. I will never be ordering from Elitecustoms.com again and I sugest the same from everyone else. You guys were my #1 contender for my 20" rt rims but now you lost that buisness, because you do not treat your cusomers with respect.

You should start telling the truth. If you are ok finacialy now, then FINE. But don't tell people that there was no problems before and that everyone was happy and good. You did not reply too people for 3 WEEKS. And you charged all of our credit cards.

My advice to everyone reading is to take your buisness somewhere else. Spend the extra money at a reputable place like summit or jegs.

Well those are my 2 cents.

Also, you accuse others of posting under different names, and you impersonate someone yourself? That's pretty underhanded... I didn't think Durango knew who I was, but I figured he did a search and then commented on one of my posts in order to show that he and I are not the same person. I should have known it was you that was being fake - you are, after all, a fraud.

So you are now having someone hack the board for you, too? That's nice. I thought it was odd that Mark would give you the IP numbers.

If you re-read those two posts.. I say directly both times.. Im im not out of town on business, Im in the office.. All I do is work.

The reason I posted under a different name is simply to show you how frusterating it could be when people do it. I was very polite when I did it. I could have simply made 8 different names up and attacked you personally on all the different forums to show you what im going through right now. Then backed up the first fake names with MORE fake names, etc.. making you look horrible. This is what is happening.

I contacted the owner to have him do it, Yes, he didnt want to, and probally wont again.. but he realized the situation I was in and thankfully did it for me. He didnt release IP's to me, but rather simply matched them up for me from the posts I gave him. So I have direct links between 8 different names all bashing me for no known reason.

CZ, why the hatred against me? I didnt mean to jump on you at all, but as I said, an unnamed post attacking me made me simply think I had another ghost name coming at me. You seriously will be hard pressed to find anyone who says that I have actually screwed them. Like any company Ill admit that Ive had issues, all of which I have taken care of and 99% of the time to the satisfaction of the customer. Ill also admit that every once in a while someone isnt satisfied.. but I can think of 2 cases since Ive been in business.

If Ive offended you, I apoligize, but I dont understand your problem with me.

If you read this thread, and others that are similar (just do a search on "Elite Customs"), you will find real people that say you HAVE screwed them. You can talk until you are blue in the face (which you no doubt will), and I will not believe you. You have so many excuses it's just not even funny.

As far as the two posts I quoted, well, in the first one you were stressing how often you were there, and the second one you were making it sound like you were always gone. Not only that, but if you have your computer with you so much when you are gone, why did you not answer email?

Hi Jonas, in know that this is old tread, but it is the closest to this date. My name is Dan I orderd the GTS 2 hood from you on 08/22/03 invoice #1152 and still have not got the hood yet, you told me on the phone on 8/21/03 that it should take about 1-2 weeks to get the hood. I have been calling everyday since the third week the hood did not come. I have been reading all the posts on here I am getting worried that you did rip me off. I have never got a call back or an email from you or any other person at your place. I also drove to your place from Texas but could not find it and when I stopped and asked about it people said they never herd of you. If I can't get the hood from you please give me a refund and I will get one from someone else or I will be forced to deal with you with legal action, but I don't want to have to do that. Sorry to anyone else who is going to read this for being long but I spent 750.00 with him and haven't got anything yet. please contact me if you can and let me know about the hood, or my money. give me a call or email.
