heads are easy to change... just a matter of removing some bolts.

Heads aren't hard to do, it just takes some time. You do have to remove the intake manifold and all the associated wiring / fuel lines. Not really for the inexperienced mechanic. It helps if you've got a buddy to BS with while you're working.
