I have a 2002 4.7L; mods intense performance stage 3 cold air intake and mbrp cuda style exhaust. From my search's, I have concluded my next mod should probably be a Throttle body.Agree? Opinions? Which one is the best? What size do I need. Is bigger better? Are there any done sides to having one. Will it hurt my mpg. I think I would also like to eventually get an HO cams. Where is the best place to these items. thanks

Is the stock fuel system able to keep up with the increased air supply from a 68mm tb without getting lean? I have a supercharger which would make this even more questionable.

VetteGC: Did you not read the answers to the first thread you posted on throttle bodies?

I have a 68mm Fastman. I've had it now for about 25K. I've been very satified with it so far.
It has been complimented by my other mods.

They include:
4" Z-tube
2.5" in/out Carsound Cat
2.5" in/out Magnaflow #14256

I'm also running the 3923's, 180t-stat, KYB Monomax shocks, and RAS.

Scott: For superchargered applications many recommend an even larger TB such as a 70mm to 72mm. You can get these from Fastman, F&B, and APS.

Give Dan Arcand a call at thefastman.com and he'll give you some good answers to the air/fuel ratios question. Or krcperformance.com could probably help.
