I was wondering if anyone has heard if Mopar is ever going to come out with a 2002 and newer or atleast a 2002 High Performance Computer for the 4.7 V8. I know they make one for 2000 and u have to run premium fuel but thats ok! I just want them to come out with one for 2002 lol. If anyone knows, please let me know! Thanks.

I doubt it but there seems to be some private work in this direction. Actually the part was never released for the 2000, just the part #,leading to some confusion. There are at least two companies that will modify the 2000 4.7 PCM however, adding more spark advance and other goodies. I recently got the Leach flash for my 2000 and it will run fine on 89 octane, no need for premium unlees towing my camper.

There will be no high performance computers for 4.7's from Dodge. The project was scraped after they could not pass emission testing.
