Hey everyone.. I am planning on running duals off a flowmaster 40 series muffler on my 99 CC and was wondering if anyone who has done this has any pictures or links they could send me of how the routed the pipe around the spare tire. I just want to get a "two-outlet" muffler instead of true duals and between the spare tire and driver side shock I dont see much room for play. Is this going to be completly custom or is there a kit I can buy?? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!!

if you do it yourself run the driver's side pipe over the back axel and then around the spare...there's enough room, just make sure that the pipe isnt resting on your spare or it'll melt it...if it is, you might be able to loosen up the spare and push it over a little then tighten it back up...that's wut i did...

Do you have a picture of the exhaust on your truck? I'll take a look and see if I can run it like that.. theres a welder that lives a few houses down from me. I'm gonna talk to him and see what we can do.

who wants to drive around with a spare tire sliding around in the bed? There is enough room to keep it under the truck and run duals

Who aid anything about sliding? Its bolted to my roll bar. I had my pipes run between my bumper and my trailor hitch. for protection. I cant stand trucks with squished tail pipes cuz they hit a log or went over a rock and the rear end came down on it. Ive done all those but my hitch protested my pipes. Dont wanna mess up nice stainless pipes! Later.
