Subject says it all...is there a Mopar Perf. ECU for the 5.2L 4x4 5spd for 1998 Dakotas (California emissions)??
If not, what is the best option?

Custom flash is your best option since there's no PCM available. KRC works with a couple different vendors and will spec out a flash for you.
