 Subject: More Grunt

I have a 98 Ram 4x4 5.9 Gas. I would like to get more grunt to pull my mastercraft ski boat to the lake. I have a Airaid Intake and a Flowmaster Big Block Muffler now(it didnt seem to do much). What other mods or adjustments can I do, such as Coil,Plugs,Computer,Sensors,Thottle Body and the like without getting into, a cam and other deep items. This is also my daily runner.

PPH headers, M1 intake manifold, 50mm fastman throttle body, 1.7 roller rockers etc....
