I am ready to try out the TPS Mod but I have no idea where to get and how much a voltage meter costs. If anyone could help me with this that would be wonderful.
Also, if I need to change the voltage, where do I change it to .7 - .75? Is it on the TPS itself?

Almost any parts store or home improvement store or marine supply store or electronics store. I think you can even find them at radio shack. They'll range in price from under $20 to over $50 for a fancy one.
