All I have done is an IAT Adjuster, no muffler, True Cold air intake, 3:55's with a Trac-Lok{man I love that thing!!!!}, and some nice 295/50/16's on the back for some good grabbin.

I was in Little Rock on the SW side and a rich boy with a brand new Mustang GT Bullitt with the wheels and the hood scoop was cattin' around so I chased him down and got him to race.

We started off at exactly the same time, tires spun the same amt., shifted to 2 a little earlier than him and pulled like a foot on him if not a little less. We made it to 3 in time to have to slow down.

My truck is rated at 235 hp and weighs 4200 with a pair of 200 pounders and a big ported box with 2 12's in the ex. cab. He was only about 165 at best and so was his buddy and I didn't hear any subs either. How much do those weigh?

I actually got to see a REAL RICER first hand that night too. A Civic with the big nostrils on the hood and an airplane wing on the trunk. Not to mention the fart can and throttle body spacer. He just sat there and revved it up at the light so I powerbraked and she started creepin to the left: that always looks mean. Scared Honda-Boy.

Now get some 4.10's and you'll really see a difference.

What is cornering like with the trac-lok?

CThomp, it feels awesome having an LSD and powering out of corners (instead of having to wait until you are pretty much straight).

I thought the trac-lok was different from the LSD. I currently have an LSD and love it. Except my traction sucks.

Mr. H are you from Arkansas. I live in Cabot which is about 30 minutes away. If so, you need to go out to the drag races at the State Fair Grounds. Several Daks and my Durango run out there. It's on Saturday nights at 5pm. Later

Well, I live in Beebe, but I think I've seen your Durango at Wal-Mart. I'm never off on Saturdays, but maybe that'll change soon. I've wanted a turbo setup for a long time but money is scarce. I might either sell my CR-125 (02') to buy the stuff, or get on a 100 or 125 shot. My Dak is the same color as your Durango dropped 2 n 3.

I think the trac-lok is the same as the factory unit if not very similar, but it really is nice to be able to pull out in front of traffic now. She'll get sideways easy now too.

BTW, what should I be able to run in the 1/8th mile?
