I ordered a K&N filter for my 97 dak 5.2 i made some alterations to the intake by removing that flap by the radiator, taking off the elbow going to the airbox, and running 4 inch aluminum from the airbox to the opening, hopefully supplying the engine with cold air thats sort of pushed into the box. will this setup plus the K&N yield a slight performance increase? will it atleast have a louder intake sound?
