Did you flush out the cooling sys prior to install? You might want to remove the t-stat, flush the system, and refill, using new t-stat and antifreeze. The blue smoke is oil burn. Could be from bad valve seals or a piston ring. Just a guess though.

IMHO

The overheating at idle is probably due to the clutch fan. Most don't see near 100k before giving up the ghost. If it only overheats while sitting still that is your problem there. If you want to check it wait till the motor is hot then shut it off and try to spin the fan, if it spins freely the clutch it is shot and you need a new one. The oil problem could be anything. How many miles are on the motor and what intake are you using?

'99 DA RC R/T, Gibson Headers and Cat-back, MSD 6a, BTM, IAT adjuster, Powerdyne Supercharger, M-1 4/2, Mopar PCM

could be your head gaskets. Check your water for pressure or gas smell. Also check your oil for sludge( water in oil)

Hope this isn't it, but a thought.
