What color are the stock injectors supposed to be for a 2000 RT? I bought my truck used and the guy didn't say anything about putting injectors on it but no other RT I have looked at has had red injectors stock. thanks.

The 2000's and up have red injectors and I've heard somewhere that they are actually tested at 23# injectors instead of the 19# they're supposed to be. All the injectors prior to 2000 are 19#'s.
But yes those are stock injectors for your '00.

what would be the difference between 19#s and 23#s? would the 2000's 23# injectors fit on a 99r/t? would it matter?

The connectors on the 2000+ injectors are different. You can get adapters but it doesn't seem worth the trouble.
