it will only fit 2000 and up R/T's. the 98-99's had a 2 into 1 cat. this is a 1 in 1 out style.
im selling it because i went from that to a 3" HF cat, and now i just took the cat out altogether.

Really? That's wierd, I looked a while back and I'm pretty sure I only noticed one pipe in and out. I could easily be wrong, I'll check tommorow. If I'm right though I want to buy it from you.
