I have a 2000 4.7 5 spd Sport Quad Cab. It has sway bars front and rear. The front is 34mm and the rear is 9/16". I know Energy Suspension makes polyurethane bushings for 28 and 30 mm fronts and 9/16 rears. Does anyone on this forum know where I can get 34mm greaseable bushings for the front? Has anyone taken the 33mm ES bushes and opened them up?

Thanks

Sorry. I haven't had experience with polyurethane bushings. I did install an R/T front bar and a Quickor rear bar(I think they both came with polyurethane bushings for the mounting bracket but not the end links). It's a lot flatter ride than stock front and rear. I would try searching the web for polyurethane bushings. I thought I came across a manufacturer in NJ. Good luck.
