I have a 00 R/T CC and ever since I put in the M1 2bbl my truck has been overheating. I mean the guage will top off to 260 and I already brought it to my mechanic and he replaced some hoses checked everything and said everything looked good. Any Ideas, please let me know.

Replaced the thermostat and it is still reading about 210 but not going up to 260 like before. How can I check to see if it is running to lean??

Yes, my fans are coming on. Don't know about the mixture. Think I should empty the system and refill it??

When you fill it with water you have to have the heater control all the way over to the hot setting so the water can circulate through the heater core. If you don't you get an air bubble and it causes the water not to circulate.(the air gets into the water pump and it stops pumping)
