Okay, so per my last post (best way to spend 1000 big ones...) the Jet Chip is apparently pretty crappy - even the stage two version. What do you all think about the Venom 400 Chip or perhaps a unit from mopar performance? Whatever I get needs to be removeable from the "leaser" when I turn it in in 4 years.

If I had a $1000 I would buy a K&N Gen II Cold air intake and do all of the little crap like brass cap n rotor,plugs,wires,coil,180 thermo, and then buy a NX nitrous kit and TB..its removable and there is nothing you can buy that will give you more performance. but thats just my 2 cents if your looking for "real" performance and not just better throttle response which is what most bolt-ons do. I mean they make you faster but not for a the money you have to spend

Save your money on the cap, rotor, wires and coil because the 4.7 aint got nun, hun. The spark comes via digital ignition and one coil per sparkplug.

Forget upgrading the ignition unless thats all you want to buy with the $1000.

Hate to pass on bad news, but today I priced a performance pcm at a dealer, they told me that it was discontinued? WTF? Well, Kenny Bell, and Mike Leash has a nice flash for the 4.7.

BTW, word has it that Kenny Bell wont remove the 98 mph limiter on the QC. ASE will, and Ive heard they are good too.

Just to pass on info that Ive read on this forum.
