 Subject: cutting out at high rpms

I have a 99 R/T when I get to 4000 rpms at WOT it acts like a fuel cut off is kicking in, it is like a sputter. Could this be my fuel pump, is it my MAP, or what could it be. It also acts like it is going to die when I go to stop with the ac on. Can anyone help me on this?
