Putting on an ASI under drive pulley on my 4.7. I need to be able to bring my charging and A/C up "on-line" if I get stuck in city traffic without holding the gas pedal for long periods of time. Was thinking about some type of selonoid that I could mount so that I could just switch it on to push the throttle up to 800 rpm. Any ideas from the forum?

A/C bumps it up a bit.. there may be some other way but that is a great idea... if you get stuck in traffic quite a bit...

St louis traffic can be a bear......or just waiting on the wife while she's shopping in the mall..
I'm thinking any adjustable selonoid should work.
