which is better for performance?

I read that the Active are for performance applications so I'm thinking they will be better for handling...I don't care about comfort I want a strong stout feel to it. Don't care if it jolts over every little pebble I was used to that w/ my 87 GT.

If the Actives are better will they work for a 2/3 drop?

I have the nitro-active shocks with a 2/3 drop. They are very firm, with real nice wheel control. I drive fast and aggresive through So. Cal. canyons and they are top notch, no complaints.
